February 13, 2020 TPJ San Diego SX Race Report
Dylan Merriam celebrated a birthday this week and is looking forward to celebrating a new year of life with his return to racing in Atlanta next weekend. Austin Politelli and Jimmy Weeks qualified 27th and 28th respectively. Weeks was charging hard in the LCQ running in 5th place when a rider crashed in front of him causing him to go down as well; he was able to work back up to an 11th place finish. Politelli was looking smooth in his heat race, but struggled quite a bit in the LCQ; he ended up with a DNF (did not finish) for the night.

January 29, 2020 TPJ Anaheim 2 SX Race Report
A full truck makes Ted Parks (and all of you) very happy, and that’s just what we had at Round 3 of the Monster Energy Supercross in Anaheim, Ca. Three 450SX team riders and three 250SX riders each back with their sights set on putting in a solid ride, making the night show and ultimately progressing on to the Main Event. The season started off rough, but our riders don’t quit and they proved that this past weekend.
January 15, 2020 TPJ St. Louis SX Race Report
Jimmy Weeks was unable to compete Saturday due to an illness; he’s feeling better and is confident he’ll be lining up this Saturday at Anaheim 2 to try his hand at making his first Main Event of the year. Dylan Merriam and Austin Politelli both had lap times that qualified them for the night show. Merriam was 1 spot off in his heat from transferring directly to the Main Event. Merriam and Politelli went 11/5 in the LCQ respectively. Both have shown major growth already this season – look for them in a Main Event Race here soon!

This bike is Honda’s answer to KTM’s popular XC and Yamaha’s FX models. Honda has mainly gone after the full trail guys with the X models but this RX model is very close to their R motocross model. It comes with an 18” rear wheel, E start, and larger fuel tank. For this build we tried to keep it a bit simple since the bike is very good in stock form.

The TransWorld SLAM Festival presented by ALTA Motors is rapidly approaching, and the September 9 event at Milestone MX Park in Riverside, CA will be highlighted by the annual SLAM Pro race. There is some exciting news regarding this year’s running of the exciting pro race, with the most important being the doubling of the purse to $10,000! This year, racers will compete on the Milestone main MX track (not Supercross) in two five-lap sprint motos. A special, pro-only section will be incorporated for the SLAM Pro race.
