The Nitro PROLINX Adjustable Mousse Tire Insert Set combines flat-proof performance with a sectional design that lets you tune tire feel for your riding conditions. Each set uses four LINX sections made from nitrogen-energized, super-viscoelastic material, delivering firm support near the rim and a softer, more compliant feel beneath the tread.

From a super-soft setup for technical terrain to a firmer feel for added support, PROLINX offers an adjustable pressure-equivalent feel ranging from approximately 6 psi to 16 psi. Select the correct tire-size option, then follow the included TUNING LINX guide to build your preferred setup.

Progressive Density Technology

PROLINX starts as straight sections of uniform-density material. When installed inside the tire, the microcells compress around the rim and expand around the tire's crown, creating a progressive support profile.

• Firm around the rim and sidewalls: Helps support cornering stability, steep side-hill control, and rim protection.
• Softer beneath the tread: Promotes traction, bump absorption, and a plush, planted ride.
• Flat-proof mousse design: Supports the tire without relying on an inflated inner tube.
• Adjustable sectional construction: Lets you tailor fit and feel to the tire and riding conditions.
• Lightweight material: Nitrogen-energized, super-viscoelastic construction developed for off-road performance.
• Wear compensation: Wedge material can be used to re-stuff the system as it wears, helping maintain the desired feel and extend usable life.

Tune the Feel to Your Ride

The four-piece design makes one LINX section your tuning section. Follow the supplied guide to cut that section to the specified length, then install it with the other three full-length sections.

1. Choose your desired tire feel using the included TUNING LINX guide.
2. Cut the tuning section to the recommended length.
3. Install it with the three remaining full LINX sections, following the supplied mousse installation instructions.

The 6-16 psi range describes tire feel, not actual air pressure. PROLINX is an airless mousse system; adjustments are made to the insert configuration. The sectional design also allows further adjustment after the initial installation.
