Suzuki LTR450 / LT-R450 Vortex ECU Upgrade
The Vortex X10 is a complete replacement ECU for the Suzuki LTR450, also written LT-R450. Unlike a piggyback fuel controller, it controls both fuel delivery and ignition timing and provides ten selectable maps.
Does the LTR450 Vortex ECU require custom tuning?
The supplied maps provide a ready-to-use starting point for supported stock and common exhaust and intake configurations. Modified engines can benefit from application-specific dyno tuning; programming software and interface hardware are not included.
What can the rider adjust?
Select a preprogrammed map and use the low-, mid- and high-throttle fuel trims for additional adjustment. A compatible dual map switch can provide on-the-fly access to two selected maps.
