Husqvarna FS450 / FC450 2019-22 Vortex ECU Review and Track Setup
The Vortex X10 replaces the stock ECU and controls both fuel delivery and ignition timing. Ten preprogrammed maps let the rider choose power delivery for track conditions, rider preference and supported engine or exhaust configurations.
Does this Vortex ECU require custom tuning?
The supplied maps provide a ready-to-use starting point for supported configurations. Modified engines can benefit from application-specific dyno tuning; programming software and interface hardware are not included.
What can the rider adjust?
Select one of the ten maps and fine-tune low-, mid- and high-throttle fueling. A compatible dual map switch can provide on-the-fly access to two selected maps when supported by the application.
