Product Details
The billet end cap converts a compatible stock muffler to a spark-arrested configuration. The screen is secured by machine screws for straightforward removal where spark arrestors are not required. Part number: PMB-01-6102.
Application note: For 2023-2025 FE/XCF-W 450 models with the cone resonator welded into the muffler outlet, the included cone-style screen cannot be installed unless that resonator is removed. Removing it changes sound and power characteristics. Riders may retain the resonator and omit the screen, or remove the resonator to install the screen for full USFS spark-arrestor compliance.
