Description
The Dunlop Mutant rear motorcycle tire is designed for riders seeking confident handling and dependable performance across changing road conditions. Part number 45255201 combines Dunlop’s advanced tire construction with an aggressive tread pattern suited to sport, touring, and versatile street applications.
Jointless Band Technology (JLB) uses a continuously wound belt within the tire carcass to help limit dynamic growth and promote more consistent handling. The Carcass Tension Control System (CTCS) applies different levels of tension throughout the tire architecture, helping provide stiffness and compliance where needed for a controlled, responsive ride.
A high-silica compound and deep tread channels support strong wet-weather performance by helping evacuate water from the contact area. The aggressive tread design delivers capable traction and handling in a wide range of conditions, making the Dunlop Mutant a practical choice for riders who want versatile road performance without sacrificing responsiveness.
Fitment: Rear motorcycle tire in 150/60ZR17 sizing with a (66W) speed and load designation. Verify your motorcycle manufacturer’s fitment requirements before installation.
