Description
The Dunlop Mousse Tube 19-Inch Off-Road Tire Insert, part number 76760005, is designed for off-road competition riders who need dependable protection against tire deflation. This specialized mousse insert replaces the inner tube and helps reduce the risk of flats caused by punctures, impacts, shock, or pinch damage. It is engineered exclusively for competition use and provides a consistent alternative to conventional air-filled tubes.
With a fitting pressure and stiffness comparable to approximately 13 psi, the Dunlop Mousse Tube delivers predictable tire feel and support across demanding off-road terrain. Its honeycomb construction helps maintain the insert’s structure while supporting reliable performance during racing and aggressive riding. The insert is intended for use with compatible 19-inch off-road tires and should be installed according to Dunlop’s recommended fitting procedures.
The Dunlop 76760005 mousse insert is also the first mousse design to offer a 2-year shelf life, helping teams and riders plan tire preparation with greater confidence. Special mousse grease is included in the box to assist with installation and ongoing maintenance. For riders searching for a competition-ready 19-inch tire mousse, flat protection insert, or off-road racing tire solution, this Dunlop component combines purpose-built construction with practical installation support.
