CRF250L’17-20 – Yoshiumura RS-4 Slip-On Muffler

The Honda CRF250L and CRF250L Rally is new for the big red wing in 2017. Now Honda has two versions of their popular dual sport – the CRF250L and CRF250L Rally. Both pack a nice punch with dual overhead cams on a fuel injected 249cc power plant, and the styling is 100% on the mark.

Now Yoshimura introduces an RS-4 Race Series slip-on and full system for the new dual sport machine. By giving the new CRF250L and CRF250L Rally more power and torque, the RS-4 provides more punch at bottom end with out sacrificing the mid and top power. The new system and slip-on also remove a good amount of weight from the stock unit. Those that love the Yoshimura RS-4 sound will love the way it makes the new CRF250L Rally sing!

The RS-4 is a unique design with predicated power and a quiet earthy exhaust note that speaks volumes for performance. This RS-4 features all the benefits of our original RS-4 muffler, but with a unique turned-out end-cap, designed to direct exhaust heat and gases away from the bike’s components. To top-it-off, we embossed our Yoshimura’s “347” logo in the carbon for a clean look. An optional heat-shield can be added to the poly-resonant chamber to keep rider and passenger legs from exhaust heat. With all its benefits in mind, the RS-4 was an obvious choice for the CRF250L Rally.

Slip-On includes an RS-4 muffler with turn-out end-cap, stainless steel tail-pipe, low-volume insert, all installation hardware, and step-by-step instructions.

NOTE: Does not come with a spark arrestor. The heat shield shown on the muffler is optional.
