Factory mechanic Ron Wood is the founder of Tokyomods. Ron has been in the racing business for over twenty years. He’s worked with some of the greats, at Factory Honda, guys like Rick Johnson, Ricky Carmichael to Ben Bostrom, SuperMoto and X-Games Champion. At Kawasaki’s race team with like Ryan Hughes and Jeff Emig, at TRD (Toyota Racing Development) building race engines for Toyotas off Road Racers, Ivan Stewart and Rod Millen.

Shipping:
Free shipping applies only to orders totaling $100.00 or more placed on Tokyomods.com. ECU programming does not apply fo free shipping. Phone orders do not apply to free shipping. Free shipping applies only to orders shipped USPS Priority Mail in the continental United States. International orders will not be free. Shipping other than UPS ground will not be free. International Shipping: Orders shipped to international destinations may require additional shipping fees from those charged at checkout. Occasionally a package is oversized, overweight, or over valued and requires the package to be shipped in multiple packages. In these cases, additional shipping fees will be required before we are able to ship the order.
Payment:
Tokyomods accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. All funds will be verified before any product is shipped.
Returns:
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return e-mail sales@tokyomods.com with your order number to request a RMA. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Vortex ECU’s & CDI’s and Exhausts are non-eligible to be returned. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt included. All returns subject to a 20% restock fee.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Warranty:
Regardless of what people think, off-road motorcycles are extremely high wear. Any motorcycle part can be broken if abused. Tokyomods cannot control the use or installation of any of our products. As a result, there is NO warrantee on any product manufactured or sold by Tokyomods. In addition, Tokyomods will not be liable for any damages or injuries that result.
Motorcycle riding can be a dangerous sport. Always wear the appropriate safety gear when riding and don’t attempt anything that is beyond your abilities. Please don’t drink alcohol or use drugs when riding motorcycles. If you do, not only do you risk hurting yourself and others, but you make motorcycle riders look stupid…
Thank you for choosing Tokyomods products. The installation of our product is the customers’ acceptance of this liability waiver. If you choose not to accept the terms of this agreement please return the product. Tokyomods products are performance product and is designed for competition use only. The customer understands that the parts, installation and performance modifications are not emissions or noise compliant and are for closed course competition use only. Riding in non-closed course settings may result in customer receiving fines or penalties for violation of noise limits or exhaust emission laws. Tokyomods will not be liable for any fines or penalties associated with this closed course competition kit. By installing this product the customer understands that the motorcycle is being modified from its stock form and will perform different than intended when manufactured. Tokyomods will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the motorcycle by the use of its products and/or any bodily injuries or death that are a result of the use of this Tokyomods product. The rider must wear protective great when operating the motorcycle. Failure to wear the proper gear could result in an accident causing serious injury or death. Tokyomods cannot control the use or installation of any of our products, therefore there is no warranty on any product manufactured or sold by Tokyomods.
